Tom is an award-winning social entrepreneur (Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2007) and one of the Prime Minister’s ‘Everyday Heroes’. Tom previously founded a number of award-winning ventures, including Blue Ventures, Make Your Mark with a Tenner and Bright Green Talent.
The last, working as a ‘traditional’ recruiter during the recession, helped shape his desire to make the workplace more flexible by using technology to enable freelancers to find work more easily.
Tom holds an undergraduate degree in business from Edinburgh University, a postgraduate degree in business with a scholarship from Oxford University and owns a Green Card for the US as an ‘Alien of Extraordinary Ability’.

Simon has over 20 years' experience in the telecoms and IT industry, living and working in most regions of the world across a truly international career. He is currently the non-executive Co-Chairman of Fujitsu Telecommunications. Following 5 years at GEC Plessey as International Commercial Manager and then Country General Manager, Simon joined The Quante Group as UK Managing Director. In 1995, he joined Quante's main board as International CEO, with operations in over 50 countries worldwide, and he led the sale of the company to 3M in 2000.
Simon was appointed a Member of The Order of The Britsh Empire in 1997 for services to industry.
Olaf Czeschner was Managing Partner/Chief Creative Officer at Neue Digitale / Razorfish. He ran the creative development for international clients including Adidas, Levis, McDonalds. Nintendo, Audi.
Leading Neue, Olaf has won more than 100 awards for design. He has been a member of many local and international juries including the International Advertising Festivals in Cannes (2002 and 2006), the One Show, the Cresta Grand Jury, the Art Directors Club, the New York Festival, D&AD and Eurobest Advertising Festival as well as being a member of the Art Directors Club of Germany since 2001.
Luke started his career as a Strategy Consultant with Bain & Co, providing strategic analysis to blue chip clients in telecoms, mining, financial services and retail. He joined Active Hotels in 2001, a venture capital backed company pioneering online hotel reservations and affiliate marketing. There he launched a highly successful hotel booking website and customer review programme, and was part of the team that sold the company for $161M three years later. Following the acquisition by Priceline, Luke helped to launch their European expansion with Booking.com. He went on to be COO of Reevoo, building the business from a four-man-start-up to the leading provider of customer review and social commerce solutions in the UK, enabling brands including Sony, Orange and Tesco. Since 2010 he has run his own adventure travel company, and acts as a consultant and interim e-commerce Director for a number of leading internet brands.
